Retro Boot Disclaimer

Please note that many of our products are retro or vintage football boots manufactured several years ago. Due to their age, some pairs may contain older materials, adhesives, or components that have naturally deteriorated over time.

While every pair is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and verified for quality before dispatch, older boots may be more susceptible to wear-related issues once used — such as minor sole separation, glue failure, or material cracking.

This is a normal characteristic of retro footwear and does not indicate a manufacturing fault. Products identified as “RETRO” in the description are subject to this disclaimer. Accordingly, Boot Supplier cannot offer refunds, replacements, or returns for any damage or wear that occurs after the boots have been worn.


Returns on New Boots

Returns are accepted on brand-new, unworn boots only.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Boots must be in original, unworn condition and include all original packaging and tags.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where an item is proven to be incorrect or defective upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.


No Returns on Pre-Owned or Retro Boots

All pre-owned, used, or retro boots are sold as-is and are non-refundable.
Each pair is carefully photographed and described to reflect its true condition. Customers are encouraged to review all images and product details before making a purchase.


Exchanges and Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect item or a product that is faulty upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at [insert email/contact form].
Our team will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
